90-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your ACS system. Eligible products may be returned within 90 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a full product refund, returned merchandise must be complete, clean, undamaged, and in resalable condition, including the controller, wiring, connectors, hardware, manuals, accessories, and original product packaging.Products may be installed and tested; however, damage resulting from installation, removal, improper handling, modification, abuse, or inadequate return packaging is not considered normal use.

Returned products are inspected before refunds are issued.

Products returned with missing components, damaged packaging, scratches, cosmetic damage, contamination, altered wiring or connectors, or other damage that prevents the product from being resold as new may be subject to a deduction from the refund reflecting the cost of replacement components and/or the reduction in the product's resale value.

Products that are materially damaged, modified, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable for resale may be ineligible for return.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund unless the return results from an error byAutoTrimTabs.com or a verified defective product.

Please package returned products carefully. Damage occurring because a product was inadequately packaged for return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.

Certain special-order products, including systems configured for twin-station helm applications, are final sale and are not eligible for return.

This return policy does not limit any applicable manufacturer's warranty or rights relating to defective merchandise.
